My name is Ashley, I’m an experienced Instructional Designer, Curriculum Developer, and Trainer with a passion for developing products that are not only interesting but engaging.
I’m not the usual Instructional Designer. I have over 15 years of experience varying from Call Center, Sales, Utility, and Insurance. I have overseen projects from inception to completion, including managing time frames, writing content, developing courses, and managing LMS.
So What is Instructional Design?
It seems like every time I tell someone what I do for a living I get a confused look. Most people are confused until I go into detail. How can I developing training for someone in the insurance industry without having any formal knowledge – even my doctor was in shock.
That’s one reason I love my job so much. I’m able to gain so much knowledge about a variety of industries that are both rewarding and interesting. Each project is something different and exciting.
So my answer to everyone’s question – I design and develop training solutions to meet my clients needs. If you need an Infographic, I’m your gal. Need a self-paced computer-based training, I can do that. Need a storyboard and microlearning video for systems training, I’m ready to go. Need to make your training more effective and engaging, I can definitely help with that too.

I’m married to my best friend and soul mate. We’re the parents of 2 children. When I’m not working, or spending time with the little ones, I enjoy traveling, photography, and reading.
